Absolutely. All transaction details are stored locally on your device only. Our cloud infrastructure handles notification delivery but never stores your financial amounts or transaction details. We're PDPA compliant and follow Bank Negara Malaysia guidelines.

Which apps are supported?

Currently we support 6 major Malaysian banking apps: Touch N Go eWallet, MAE by Maybank, CIMB Clicks & Octo, RHB Bank, Public Bank, and QRPayBiz. Our upcoming AI Universal Parser will support ANY Malaysian banking app automatically!

Does it work on iOS?

PayPing MY is Android-first due to system-level notification access. iOS has restrictions that prevent reading notifications from other apps. We're exploring iOS companion app options.

How does multi-device sharing work?

When you receive a notification, it's sent through our secure AWS infrastructure to Firebase Cloud Messaging, which delivers it to all your paired devices. Each device processes and stores the data locally.

Can I export my transaction history?

Yes! Standard plan includes CSV/Excel export. Pro plan adds Google Sheets integration and webhook connectivity for seamless automation.

What languages are supported?

Text-to-speech is available in English and Bahasa Melayu. You can switch languages and adjust speech rate in settings.
